Hill Top Farm Meats offer an extensive range of English Produce including Pork Pies, Scotch Eggs, English Bacon, English Gammon Ham, Black Pudding and good old fashioned Sausages. Feel like you are in the UK with delicious homemade pies and cakes including Cornish Pasties, Bakewell Tarts, Parkin and Malt Loaf. Other homemade products are available including Gourmet Family Pies and Quiches, Scallop Pies, Lemon Tarts and Fruit Crumbles.
Grass Fed Beef and Lamb are available as well as Free Range Meats including Pork, Chicken, Ducks, Quail, Rabbit and Venison. All of our Grass Fed Beef is hung for up to 8 – 12 weeks, old style butchering and curing.
Hill Top Farm Meats can guarantee you that we know where our meats come from. Our meat is sourced from local farms in Gippsland where animals are naturally fed and allowed a good quality of life. All our meat is graded by Meat Standards Australia (MSA) for tender beef.
Our Gippsland Beef range consists of Dry Aged Beef which is hung for up to twelve weeks to enhance the flavour and tenderness. Our Gippsland Lamb which has been hung for two weeks. Along with Free Range meats which consists of Pork, Chickens, Ducks, Quail and Wild Rabbit.
Hill Top Farm Meats have a cutting and vacuum packing service for all your meat requirements.
We make and bake all our own Gourmet Pies, Quiches and Sweets in our bakery and use the freshest home grown produce and good old recipes.
